Piper Rayne is a USA Today Bestselling author duo. Our goal is to bring you romance stories that have "Heartwarming Humor With a Side of Sizzle" (okay...you caught us, that's our tagline). A little about us... We both have kindle’s full of one-clickable books. We're both married to husbands who drive us to drink. We're both chauffeurs to our kids. Most of all, we love hot heroes and quirky heroines that make us laugh, and we hope you do, too.
My Vegas Groom does not exceed my expectation. I want more from Miss Rayne. There are so many good material from this book, that she can explore further. Such a gender role in marriage. Instead the story fell flat in the middle to the end.
Logan being the hero, acting silently in the background. He lost his appeal to me. I want to see his character into the spotlight. While Niky, she is acting annoying all the time. Sadly, there is nothing in this book to keep my attention.
There is just something about waking up in Vegas married that gets me every time, I don't know if it's the craziness of the situation or hoping that fate brought two people together in a very unexpected way but what ever it is this story had me loving every single moment of it.
Nikki is a radio station host that loves to share the latest gossip about her small town, but what happens when she returns home after a girls weekend and the gossip is about her marring a MMA fighter in Vegas? I can tell you that it was fun to watch her navigate around this bit of information.
Logan was fantastic, he was rough and tough in the ring but he was so different when he was with Nikki. I loved the two of them together.
Piper and Rayne did a wonderful job with not only creating two characters that readers will root for right from the start but also creating a family that we can not get enough of.
If you enjoy Small town romances, Steamy Contemporary Romances, Large Family Romances, I woke up married Romances, or Opposites Attract Romances I would highly recommend this book to you.
A Strangers-to-Spouses, Accidental Wedding, Fun & Sexy, Small-Town Rom-Com with Laughs, Sweet Feels, Trust, honesty, Love & HEA. Logan is the Swooniest!! I love him & Nikki very much! I've been so excited for this story after the tease in last book & omg, it was worth it! It was awesome to see the Greene Family & Grandma antics! DEVOURED this in 5hrs.
Nikki Greene; Tough & Smart; is 29 & a Radio host. After her dad cheated on her mom, Honesty is paramount for Nik & her trust in relationships is low. But if her mom found love again & her (Step)bros found love too, Can she risk her heart? Well Atleast, she can have fun! So Nik & her bestie Molly go on a girls' trip to Vegas. Even lets Mol take her to the MMA fight, But Nik doesn't like the unnecessary Bloodshed...
Logan Stone; Sweet & Caring; is a Champion MMA fighter & being 34, at the end of his career. He'd a tough childhood but His mom (I like her!) has always been there for him & they believe in signs. He wants love & a family, but can a woman see him for who he is as a man & not his money? And then his Gazes Collide with Nik. The only one there who didn't care for the fight. What should've been only one night of fun, with a dose of alcohol, became so much more!
What happens in Vegas, does NOT stay in Vegas! Logan & Nikki's worlds Entwine. The story starts with the morning waking up married with little memory of last night. Nik panics (They're STRANGERS!!) while Logan wants to give this a chance (She's special). Even when she runs away, He follows her to Alaska, Declares that he's her husband to everyone *So fun!!* & makes a deal that she can't say no to. He'll make her dream podcast true, if they stay married "secretly pretend" for 3 months until his next fight. But really it's his plan to show her how Well they fit! ~Married strangers, Let's try, Ran, Advice, Follow, Declaration *omg!* & Deal, The Entourage & Home, Real/Pretend, It's Karma, The interview, Date & Q/A, Family Sunday dinner, Soccer Game, Mom meets, Gym & Work, Retire center Fun...
Her family takes Logan in (omg, the Bros tease😂) & his mom gives advice whenever Log needs it. Log makes changes in his life to be with Nik in her town, Living together they carve a life, Sparks flying hard, feelings grow... But Nik's hard to let him in, Close yet distant. On the edge, when he just about gave up, Hope shined!! Truths came out, Confessions made, Finally she's all In too😍. From that moment onwards, it's Gorgeous! The Trust & total honesty in their relationship is so Swoony, plus omg, their chemistry is fire!!🔥 ~Desperate & Truths, Friend talks, All In, Sexy times, Camp date, Honesty, Dad calls, Vince visit, L+N Fallen & Making love, Future plans, The Press trouble, United Front, the Sweet gift, Vegas Promo, Phone sex, Meanie shit, Trust & Forever...
Days pass, with Laughs & Falling in love! Yup, they face issues too: Mainly Log's manager & the paparazzi, but they handle it well! Even distance due to work didn't break but strengthen them. The scenes before His Vegas Ring fight made quite the finale, but all that Heart-race is worth their HEA & Bright Future😍. I loved the ending, epilogue & Bonus!! #BabyIsComing
Omg, Jed?! Wtf?! What a tease for his book, I'm freaking out a little & so excited!! P.S. I'm so glad that Logan's mom will be staying in town! I'll love to see more of her❤. **ARC Gotten for a Honest Review.** FB Page | Instagram | Bookbub | FB group
This book was everything I needed right now, light hearted, easy reading, and a swoon worthy romance.
At the end of the second book and THAT cliffhanger, I was dying to get my hands on Nikki and Logan’s story and it did not disappoint. I loved the chemistry between these two and the added tension from the small town contingent really added to the feels. Their banter had me smiling from page one, and I loved how their relationship evolved into something beautiful. Tension, chemistry, and feelings fly between these two and I loved their story so much.
My Vegas Groom was unputdownable, and I was completely absorbed in The Green Family world. A perfect blend of cosmic chemistry, witty banter, an abundance of feels, meddling siblings, and busybody grandmas, and heaps of unconditional love. Another brilliant read by this Piper Rayne and I can't wait to read the next book in this series. After that bombshell at the end, I can see that it’s going to be an interesting and entertaining ride!
It’s official- I’m falling head over heels for this crazy Greene brood, this series just keeps getting better and better! My Vegas Groom is my favorite in the series so far- the perfect mixture of sweet and swoony feels and the signature Piper Rayne humor. I devoured this book in one delightful sitting- and I’m already missing Nikki and Logan. Adorable, witty, funny and steamy-My Vegas Groom is the perfect Piper Rayne experience.
This third installment in this feel-good, small-town, Green family series follows up on that jaw dropping revelation about the resident-tea spiller Nikki and her accidental Vegas husband, famous MMA fighter Logan Stone. Turns out what happens in Vegas refuses to actually stay there, when after a night of drunken shenanigans the hastily (and drunkenly) married Nikki can’t seem to escape the surprisingly committed, and deliciously sexy, Logan- and somehow her Vegas fun follows her back home to picturesque Sunrise Bay Alaska, where he is determined to win over his reluctant bride.
Logan is hands down my favorite Piper Rayne hero ever- I SAID WHAT I SAID. My goodness he is the swooniest. In a characterization entirely against trope, this tough guy is profoundly honest and authentic. Vulnerable, open, and sweetly sincere. He’s a sweetheart in a bad boy’s body- aaand he knows how to use said body. His sexiness paired with his emotional availability was an intoxicating and charismatic combo- and he owns my heart. I loved watching him woo Nikki- I just could not stop swooning. He gave me all the butterflies. And, I loved sassy and pragmatic Nikki- the infamous gossip maven who heads up the Scandals of Sunrise Bay. It was fun to get to watch her handle being the source of gossip for once. And, I found her a really relatable heroine- she’s distrustful, cautious because of her family’s scandalous (and hurtful) history, but she’s also honest and kind even if she resists Logan at first. I really loved how thoughtful they both were about their own selves and about each other- and their chemistry is the perfect mix of sweet and gentle and sizzling magnetism. Both characters had equal chances to showcase their own growth- as Logan finds the parts of himself he lost and Nikki learns how to trust. Piper Rayne also gives these two a lot of one-on-one time- which I selfishly gobbled up.
Now that we’ve gotten deeper into the series and I’m more familiar with all the Greene family players, I really enjoyed the trademark Piper Rayne family ensemble moments - not only because they provide the light-hearted, funny, and quirky interludes but also because of the ways in which our side characters helped catalyze our main characters’ journey. We had just enough to feel dialed into the family but not too many to distract from our primary story. From the family dinners down to the nights on the town at the local bar, there is great Greene fun to be had- including getting to check-in on our prior couples. But, fans by now will know the real scene stealers are always Ethel and Dori- and BOY do they deliver. The nursing home scene is perhaps my favorite display of the lovable antics of the indelibly feisty and meddlesome Ethel and Dori duo- I was rolling.
Of course, our ending hits us with all the sweet HEA feels and also sets us up with a cliffhanger to wet our appetite for the next book in the series- setting us up for a book that focuses on one of my favorite tropes, so I am intrigued! I love Piper Rayne’s unique witty rom-com flair and all the small town, tight-knit family vibes. The Greenes are quickly rising to the top as a favorite series- can’t wait for more!
I have been waiting for this book since Logan's surprise entrance and announcement. Add in the fact that Logan is an MMA fighter, and I was so looking forward to hearing all about their Vegas wedding. I'm loving this series so much.
Nikki, being the gossip queen, being the centre of the paparazzi storm was a fitting turn around. And I loved how much more there was to her. I did not expect for her to have dealt with everything that had happened to her family so personally. Especially since I had already read the previous books in the series and thought I knew what had happened.
But naturally the star of the story was Logan Stone. That man was as sweet as he was sexy and I fell for him from the beginning. And I loved seeing his mum and getting to see where his kind, caring and spiritual side came from. Everything about Logan was beautiful and I could read him all day.
This has been a perfect addition to the series and the teaser at the end of the epilogue was as intriguing as this one. I can't wait to get my hands on that book.
Nikki and Logan meet one night after his MMA fight in Las Vegas and wake up married the next morning. Their story is written in first person from a dual POV. Nikki doesn’t believe in marriage and has definite trust issues. Logan is a fighter at the top of his game who appreciates that Nikki is different from the other women he has met. When they wake up married, he is willing to give it a shot. But Nikki runs home to Sunrise Bay, Alaska. Logan follows her and eventually convinces her to get to know him and see if they can make a lasting relationship. I loved Nikki and I enjoyed getting to know more about what she and her siblings experienced before Marla and hank got together. I loved her relationship with her mom. I really adored Logan. There is nothing better than a big, scary-looking guy with a soft, squishy, teddy bear heart. I loved that he was all in from the beginning. I loved his acceptance of their situation and his persistence to win Nikki over. He is a truly swoon worthy hero. This was a fabulous addition to the Greene Family saga, and I look forward to the rest of the books in the series. I am voluntarily leaving this honest review after receiving an advance reader copy of the book.
delightful quick read. i thought there would be more issues surrounding nikki as the radio host, who has addressed rumors/gossips in sunrise bay. but she does explain why she decides to host a radio that exposes the truth behind certain gossips to make sure everyone got the correct idea, for example when she talked about her siblings on the radio in the previous book.
logan's a gentleman. too good to be true. he's understanding, sweet and extremely tender. an MMA fighter, he trusts his instincts and guts. when it says that he should try something with nikki, he moved to alaska to be nearer to his one-day bride. contrary to logan's easy acceptance, nikki refuses to think much of her matrimony. she doesn't want to be married because of her father's past actions. it scarred her enough that she's dubious of anything like that. it just isn't for her. but logan does change her mind after showing that he isn't like her father.
overall, i liked it. quick, fun read about two people falling in love. one willing to trust while the other is more skeptical. it's nice to meet the whole family as well!
This is the third book in the Greene Family series. This series just keeps getting better and better. With every series that this amazing writing duo writes, I get more and more excited as each books releases. My Vegas Groom is fun, witty, swoony and sexy!! It is everything that you want in a Piper Rayne book.
Logan may just be my favorite hero in this series so far. Maybe it has to do with the fact that he is an MMA fighter who is not only sexy, but sweet and adorable at the same time. Or maybe it’s because he married a stranger in Vegas, while drunk and the next morning doesn’t want her to leave. And not because he enjoyed himself last night. But because he wants to see where this thing with Nikki goes. He wants to know the reason he was drawn to her to the point of wanting to marry her. Unfortunately for him, Nikki wants no part of this marriage. She has some trust and relationship issues that hold her back from feeling anything for this man or loving someone in general. Logan is an MMA fighter so she automatically puts him in that category, thinking that he will only cheat or break her heart. And marriage is something that she does not want.
Being the fighter that he is, Logan is not giving up. He makes a deal with Nikki, one that she does not want to refuse. For the next three months he will be training for his next fight in Alaska and they will continue with their marriage, making everyone think they or happy and in love. Logan feels it in his gut that they were meant to be. But only time will tell.
Logan is that guy who will prove all the stereo types that Nikki has about him wrong. This man is sweet and kind and wants to protect his wife and give her everything. It does not matter that they met and married the same night. He is all in and he means it. He sexy and adorable all in one.
Nikki has some issues which is completely understandable. She makes Logan work for it but also manages to push him away many times. She is a very independent woman who doesn’t need a man. Well until she finds one who proves her wrong at every turn and genuinely cares about her. A man who shows her that having him in her life is not such a bad thing.
I loved watching these two fall in love. Nikki didn’t make it easy, but Logan never gave up. Together they were absolutely adorable and sweet and hot!!! In true Piper Rayne fashion this had the witty banter that I love, the sexy hero and the heroine that you love and can relate to. And of course, let’s not forget the rest of the meddling family, whom without them this series would not be what it is. The close knot family from a small Alaskan town that you feel like you are apart of. It’s what makes you want to keep reading. And what makes me glued to my phone reading each page. I cannot wait for Jed’s story!!!

5 Star Review My Vegas Groom (The Greene Family #3) by Piper Rayne
I am so happy to be back with the Greene family in Sunrise Bay, Alaska. This time Nikki and Logan Stone are the couple ones in the spotlight and they certainly shine brightly.
What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas, right? Not always. Nikki is shocked to wake up in Vegas married to MMA fighter Logan and been more shocked when it appears he doesn't want to get out of the marriage.
As soon as the opportunity arises Nikki and her best friend Molly head back to Sunrise Bay but much to her shock and horror, Logan follows her. I loved this couple both separately and together. I fell hard and fast for swoon worthy Logan; he ticked the boxes for me, no doubt.
Logan convinces Nikki to give their marriage a trial and to pretend that they are happily married, she surprises not only herself but everyone around her when she agrees. Logan and Nikki couldn’t be more opposite and yet there is something about the chemistry that sizzles between them that really works.
Logan certainly has an uphill battle to persuade Nikki that she can trust I him and his feelings. As always the family meddles throughout and it was fund to watch Ethel and Dori weave their magic. The story was fast paced, witty and engaging and I cannot wait to read the next book in the series.
Nikki Greene went to Vegas with her bestie for a girls weekend and came back a married woman… not only that, but she’s married to a man she would’ve never picked for herself, MMA Champion Fighter Logan. Needless to say, the morning after their quickie wedding Nikki is flummoxed and trying to get out of town as quickly as possible… but Logan has other ideas that includes making a trip to Alaska to track down his wife!!!
I absolutely loved these two. Nikki is sassy, snarky and determined to never get married because of her family’s history and well, Logan is going to challenge this her on this because there’s something about this woman that he wants and he’s going to do everything possible to change her mind!
As I read this newest book in this series, I laughed and snorted just a little bit. I may have had a little heartache for Nikki and her feelings on family and how she was expecting to live her life… which changes with every little swoony thing Logan does to win her heart. The change within Nikki was a true joy to watch. Having her realize that she can have an HEA that she stopped dreaming about a long time ago brought a huge smile to my face. I absolutely adore how Piper and Rayne show us her transition from grumpy, I’ll never get married, to falling head over heels in love with this man that rocks her world in every way possible!!
This series just keeps getting better and better with each book. The writing is fantastic, the characters are people that I would love to know and have in my life and the humor is smart and sassy, just like me LOL!!
What a refreshing change..... Logan Stone was a complete surprise to me and I mean that in a good way.... when I read that he is an MMA fighter I was expecting a growling arrogant ego, instead we get a sensitive, caring alpha teddy bear who’s eye and heart is firmly set on Nikki Greene... Obviously the whole Vegas wedding storyline isn’t a new one and yet I always find myself drawn to the craziness of the whole situation and this one was no exception... Nikki is quite a prickly character and I actually liked that about her... even if she was sabotaging her own life to a degree... I especially appreciated that her character didn’t completely change, she still maintained some of her barbs!! it takes a while to warm to her but when you do it is obvious that she is hurting and scared and the natural instinct of anyone in her position is to protect yourself. We all crave that trusted, constant someone to cheer and support us, to see the reality through the armour and I loved how Logan was all of these things for Nikki, and so much more. With low angst and high heat we get another great story from this duo and I am loving the twist in the next story.... can’t wait😊
The storyline is well written, well paced and entertaining from start to end.
Both Nikki and Logan were likable, relatable characters that I easily connected with. I enjoyed their banter, the way they took time getting to know each other and I loved how honest and respectful Logan was with Nikki. He was mindful of Nikki's insecurities and made sure to show her he was trustworthy and she was it for him.
These two made my heart smile, they didn't play games, they explored their feelings and knew there was something special between them to have ended up married to each other :)
My Vegas Groom is a wonderful addition to the Greene Family series, I've loved getting to know each sibling and can't wait for My Sister's Flirty Friend coming out later this year.
I loved Nikki & Logan. To be honest I loved Logan more. Not only was he a sexy as hell MMA fighter, he also had a heart of gold! The things he did for Nikki, all the ways he showed her his feelings for her... had me swooning the entire read! Plus these two were so hot together! Definitely meant to be! Nikki was pretty strong willed but I’m happy she finally got her happily ever after & with the perfect man to boot!
I only wish we had gotten to see more of Logan’s fighting just because that really interests me. I also thought there would be more to the whole Nikki’s dad thing. Even though I thought their might be more their story I still absolutely loved that ending! Seriously Nikki & Logan were so cute together & I love where we left them in their life. But that cliffhanger for the next book shocked the crap out of me! I cannot wait for the next book because I have inkling of who his leading lady might be but I can’t wait to see how this big plot twist plays out!
My Review: My Vegas Groom by Piper Rayne is part 3 of the Greene Family series. It features an MMA fighter and his Las Vegas bride.
About the Book: After a night she can't remember, Nikki Greene wakes up with a ring on her finger and a hot, new man by her side. She rushes back home to Alaska, only to realize that her new husband followed her. Not only is he willing to give their relationship a real try, but he will also fight to have the dream - home, children, community - with her.
Waking up in Vegas married has been used a lot in romance books, but I absolutely loved My Vegas Groom by Piper Rayne. When Nikki Greene wakes up in Vegas and discovers a naked man in the shower and a ring on her finger, she knows that tequila was to blame and while her new husband seems willing to make a go of it she flees back to Sunrise Bay, Alaska where her husband tracks her down throwing her family and the town in a bit of an uproar.
Nikki Greene has made her living reporting the town’s gossip on the radio for years, she never expected to ever report on her drunken marriage to MMA champion Logan Stone, but that’s exactly what she ends up having to do. Between fights, Logan is determined to spend time with Nikki and show her how good they can be. He has a feeling she’s exactly what he needs in his life and he has his mom’s approval and despite his manager’s disapproval it feels right. He fights an uphill battle with Nikki but helping her with some guests for the podcast she wants to start is enough incentive for her to “pretend” to be his wife. Little does she know Logan plays for keeps.
I loved these two together, but it was Logan that really stole my heart. He was so sure that they were meant to be and he didn’t let anyone or anything in Lake Starlight throw him and with Nikki’s huge and unusual family dynamics that’s saying something. Logan just rolled with the punches (pun intended) and showed Nikki every day how good they could be together if she would just give them a chance. Nikki has relationship hang-ups after finding her father cheating as a young teenager and having to break the news to her Mom and then the scandal that ensued after they moved from Arizona to Alaska when her mom married her dad’s cousin. To say she has trust issues and enough of being talked about is putting it mildly but now as Logan Stone’s wife she’s back in the eye of the storm.
My Vegas Groom while at times a bit predictable was nevertheless enjoyable, highly entertaining and a fantastic addition to the Greene Family series.
Piper Rayne’s new instalment in the Greene Family series is everything, who doesn’t love an accidental Vegas wedding romance, between a gossip radio show host and a MMA fighter, but with a twist My Vegas Groom is Nikki Greene’s story, and all about how sometimes taking a risk in love pays off!
When Nikki wakes up in Vegas, the last person she expects to appear from her hotel shower is MMA fighter Logan, who also happens to be her new husband. Terrified of commitment and relationships after her dad broke their family apart, Nikki flees back to Alaska, hoping that it’ll sort itself out. But turns out what happens in Vegas definitely doesn’t stay there, as Logan follows her up to her hometown to convince her to give them a chance. Nikki is against it, but Logan strikes a deal, three months of a fake marriage for the press, and in return he’ll help her start her new celebrity podcast. Too good an opportunity to miss, Nikki reluctantly agrees, and they start the pretence of being a real married couple, trying to fool all the Greene family and the rest of the world. But Logan is determined to prove that there was a reason they felt the pull to get married in Vegas, and he’s got three months to do it. But will Nikki let him in?
Oh wow, Nikki and Logan were intense, I literally broke out in sweats at some point because I was just so desperate for Nikki to open her heart to Logan, who was wearing his on his sleeve. I think what I loved most about their story was how it went against all the stereotypical plot lines of Vegas wedding to MMA fighter, instead of them having to stay together, or the guy being the one opposed to commitment, it was the opposite way round. Logan was ready to try and Nikki wasn’t, and that slight change up to the conventional storyline made me so much more invested. Their chemistry was there from the start, it just took a while for them to find their footing as a couple.
Logan has to be one of my favourite Piper heroes of all time, he was everything you need in a partner, funny, protective but also sweet and sensitive. The fact he went against every typecast of the bad boy MMA fighter, even though he looked the part and when he needed to, he acted the alpha, but underneath he was a sweetheart who just wanted to have a chance. He was emotionally vulnerable with Nikki, letting his guard down early on, making it clear his intentions, but when he saw that he was pushing Nikki too far too soon, he backed off which I really liked. He let her come to terms with her feelings on her own, even if it did take a few more confessionals for her to get there.
Nikki was everything I expected in terms of her personality, the sassy gossip radio talk show host who loved to know everyone else’s business. But Piper made her much more real in her book, and her past hurt from her father’s actions meant she was petrified of anything involving commitment, and to be honest if I was in her position, I would feel the same. It broke my heart how at times you could see how much she wanted to give in to Logan, but there was this voice in the back of her head telling her that he would hurt her, even though he’d never done anything to make her think that. But without realising he wormed his way into her heart, and life, until she couldn’t see any other life than with him. When she decided to take that leap and try, I was so proud of her, it felt so monumental and I loved how much Logan appreciated that level of trust she put in him.
This Alaskan small-town romance series keeps getting better. Anything small-town by Piper Rayne is a must read for me, the Bailey’s are going to have to make room for the Greene Family in my heart. The continuation of including Dori and Ethel, the meddling matchmaking Grandma’s makes me feel like I am going home to my own extended family, and I adored how Piper continues to give hints to each of the Greene’s siblings’ personalities. The hints at to what they are like and who they may end up with just keep you guessing but also invested in the whole family. I have even started making predictions about future couples from this series, and after the bombshell in the epilogue, I can’t wait for Jeds book next. Such an amazing third book in this new series from Piper Rayne, I already know the whole family are going to be another collection of characters I am going to fall in love with.
*I received a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.*
I've really been enjoying Piper Rayne's The Greene Family series, and the tease at the end of My Almost Ex was soooo good, so I was eagerly waiting for My Vegas Groom! It totally delivered! I liked Nikki already in the previous books, but it was fantastic to get to know her better here, and Logan...oh Logan, he was absolutely wonderful! :)
I haven't read many romances where the main characters wake up married to strangers--I can only think of Christina Lauren's Wild Seasons series where three couples all woke up married to strangers, so this was a newish trope to me, but I think that Piper and Rayne handled it so well! I loved that Nikki and Logan's reactions were so different, and that eventually the two of them opened up and once they did, their communication was so wonderful! It honestly made me so happy to see, and I really, really loved seeing the two of them fall in love.
We also got to see a lot of awesome family moments in this one...and there were some definite teases about upcoming books, which have me super excited, but I really loved getting to see how Logan and Nikki fit into the Greene family as a couple...I really loved how everyone was so welcoming to Logan, and Grandma Ethel, Dori, and all of the Northern Lights crew were as fantastic as always. Logan's mom was also another wonderful addition to the cast of side characters in Sunrise Bay--I'm looking forward to having her pop up in future books just like our past couples do! :P
Overall, I absolutely loved My Vegas Groom! I read it in one sitting and didn't want to put it down at all. Logan and Nikki were wonderful! Their romance was fantastic, and the Greene family continues to grow on me more and more with every book! I'd highly recommend this to contemporary romance fans who like sweet, funny, sexy romances!
