A good next step in the PLC discussion. Th organization of the book was overly heavy in the front end and then tapered off in the latter chapters. I was looking for a new approach to help administrative leaders tackle new implementation of PLC, and found few practicable day to day strategies to coach leaders through. A good start but was looking for something more.

This was a very thoughtful read. Those that are looking to enter into leadership positions in a school district will find this book valuable.
