I gave it 1 *, only because I couldn't give it fewer... This is NOT a low-carb cookbook. It is filled with potato dishes, things consisting primarily of wheat flour. Maybe the authors are dyslexic and were trying to write a low crab cookbook... save your time, save your money. Skip this one.
