To say things have gotten complicated with the men in my life would be an understatement.
My mission to discover the secret kink club has been put on hold, but not because I’m distracted by the three men plaguing my thoughts and dreams. Not only because of them, anyway. They are certainly responsible for keeping my attention away from my goals. However, my main concern is the man blackmailing me with a video I’d prefer isn’t seen by the public.
That man has given me an ultimatum, and I have a decision to make—an important one. But for the moment, Creed, Hawk, and Garrison are doing their best to keep my mind off my problem, and they have a proposition for me. One that will effectively shift my focus yet again.

While each of the volumes of this story don’t span a lot of time, this particular volume takes place over only one weekend, and most of it is focused on Saturday. But boy howdy, a lot happens on that one particular Saturday.
I have to say that although this is a quick read overall, I found the beginning to be a bit slow. I’m at the point where I have gotten to know the main characters and their personalities and am ready for Journey to learn the true nature of the relationship between Creed, Garrison, and Hawk. Plus, I’d love for there to be more insight into how that relationship works; if not for Journey then for me as the reader. Thankfully, about halfway through the book, Journey is finally given a peek into what being involved with all three men will entail. It’s just the tip of the iceberg, but it helped to quench my thirst for more.
I’ve mentioned before that each of the three men has distinct personalities that the author is doing beautifully in showcasing. It’s wonderful to have Journey feel she gets something different from each of them, hence her immense confusion regarding her feelings. As an avid Nicole Edwards reader, I couldn’t help but be tickled that Garrison is the one who makes Journey feel safe and protected the most. You can’t keep those Walker genes down!
Now that Journey’s parents are back in town and have the potential of stumbling on more than they would probably care to with Journey’s personal life coming dangerously close to intersecting with theirs, I’m curious to see how things will play out. It’s one thing to know your parents have kinks, but to realize they may have interacted with the men you are enamored with is a whole other thing.

Primal Instincts: Volume 1-9
When Volume 1 came out I was intrigued, so I read it and was captivated! Since I am a fan of reading an entire saga at one time I patiently (not so patiently) collected all of them until after volume 9 was released. The story line holds your interest through out. As soon as one volume is complete you move to the next trying to figure out the newest twist and turn of all the intertwining lines. Once again, Nicole Edwards has done a wonderful job dealing not only with today's different lifestyles, but also addresses issues that have been occurring in the work place more and more frequently. Thank you!
I can not wait until the next time she releases a new book!

Upping the Sexy!!
I fell in love with this series from the very first volume. As I continue to read my addiction grows. Volume 3 has definitely intensified. Journey and Creed alone are enough to have you ready to combust. Adding in sweet Garrison and hilarious Hawk sets this book on fire!! The book is slow paced, the entire thing taking place in one weekend, which I enjoy immensely. I don't feel as if I'm missing a single thing. It is so realistic, like I'm reading someone's journal about their life and experiences. I get lost in the beautifully written words. This book is another 10/10 for the series and I look forward to reading more.

Tantalizingly seductive
Ooooo this story I devoured like no other. It is so tantalizing and seductive that it makes my pulse race. I want more. I want to know what is next. I want to know when she will find out about everything dealing with the club and the men themselves. I want to know what her reaction is gonna be to learn that a couple are bi and have interactions with the other ones. This story has me enthralled and I don’t see it letting me go until the very last page of the very last volume. I might die until the seventh of this month.

Steps are falling into place, or are they? Does Journey really understand what her path will be?
A further understanding of Hawk, Garrison and mainly Creed. Each volume is removing layers of off Creed. Will he suffice for Journey and vice versa?

4 flames for each participant in these books. Although I’m not usually a fan of this many love interests at once. I adore Nicole Edwards and would read almost anything she wrote! Each MC brings something different and together they are the perfect partners! I love Journey and her strength to go after what she want’s although unconventional to most people. My thoughts love who you love and make no apologies!! 💚✌️

Journey, Creed, Hawk and Garrison have taken their complex relationship to a whole new level in Primal Instincts, Volume Three. Now that they have all come to an agreement they are going to have to figure out how to make it work. But, there are still a few secrets that have to be revealed in order for them to truly move on to the lifestyle they all need.
I am really loving this slow, electrically charged push and pull between all of these characters and I can’t wait to see what comes next!

frustrating
Overall great, but up to this point, all three volumes are frustrating with Creed constantly giving his time with Journey to the others. He is the only one that has his time encroached on by them. He doesn’t appear very alpha or respected by them. That is disappointing. Could have been written better. Not sure if I will continue this long never arriving story.

Lots of layers to unravel
Every 2 weeks I look forward to reading this next volume of this story. I feel.like I am opening a surprise each time and I love what I am reading. Can't wait to see what is next for Journey!!

I usually love Nicole's characters and story telling but I'm not with this series. 3 books in and I feel it's still so much not spoken about and hinted at but not told. Dragging on a bit too much for my liking I'm afraid.

These volumes keep getting better & better…oh & hotter. Phew, is this one steamy! This one gives us more of Creed but it also includes everyone together. The guys end up giving Journey a proposition in this volume and it’s a good one. I can’t wait til the next volume is released!

Volume 3 we find the story and relationships progressing. Hawk, Garrison, and Creed admit that they are sharing Journey. There’s also a surprise scene that I wasn’t expecting but loved.

Finally, we’re making progress and boy did it go from 0 to 100. The steam in this book is off the charts. My oh my! Personally, Creed does nothing for me. I don’t get his appeal and he’s just blah. Hawk and Garrison on the other hand, are delicious. I suggest Journey runoff with those two!

I really enjoyed reading this book and happy that things seem to be working for all of them. I can't wait to find out what happens next. I really like the interact journey has with hawk.

This volume goes further into the growing relationship between Journey and her men. Yes, I'm totally hooked. It was obvious before that all three were entranced by Journey but they backed off a bit. It looks like now they are moving further. I can't wait to move on to the next book. This book is hot, hot, hot.

I love all the books written by Nicole Edwards. It's a bit of a long story, but it's worth getting to the last part. Thank you for making us happy with another story. I hope there will be many more Nicole Edwards books to enjoy.

This book is becoming more intense with the level of hotness turning up a notch. This volume shows more of the unconventional love between Creed, Hawk, Garrison and Journey as well as the discovery of a new attraction between 2 of the main characters. It just keeps getting better and better.
