One of the best books I have read on prayer. Aptly named. Simple and straightforward. Biblical. Does not over- or under-spiritualize this important Christian discipline.

Pretty much a rant. Straus makes a few points that may make it worth the read; but just read the subheadings first. If there are no surprises, you may find your time better invested elsewhere

Generally a good book on prayer. Not too deep and yet profitable.
