Pretty basic information here for any true gardener, but still a good read. I did learn something new, in that you can drown weed seeds. I’m going to buy some steel buckets, place here & there, and fill with weeds I pull.. then drown them before composting & using the remaining tea to feed my plants. What a win/win! Thanks Bob!!

i think this is a really good basic book. in this day and age when very few city people have gardening skills you really need someone to tell you how to weed. now what i really want it s book that identifies the weeds with pictures and stuff. this is not that book. this is literally how to best eliminate and keep weeds out of your various garden types.

It was a good introduction to how to weed without chemicals, but I would have liked more pictures of specific weeds and more information on how to tell certain weeds apart from other plants. There was good advice about taking a sample of your own soil to learn which weeds you have by sight, which I will probably try, but again-- more labeled pictures would have permitted me to give it 5 stars.
