Great introductory book to personality psychology. Rather easy to read, yet still very intriguing and informative. Read it for my uni psychology class and enjoyed every page.

A decent intro to the topic that peters out towards the end. There is a fair amount of repetition in the introduction and conclusion/summary sections of each chapter.
