This is a very sweet, albeit short, romance. Dana is a young woman without any "real life". On her birthday she sits under a Jacaranda tree and makes a wish which sends her to another time and place where a gorgeous man awaits to capture her heart. She gets to know Adam but he is holding something back from her. When she returns to the real world she is determined to find him again but will he want her and is he what he seems?

I loved this story. I think everyone at one time in their life wishes to be someone and somewhere else and I think Lisa Logan has captured that very well. I'm also a sucker for romance and a hot guy. It is a little bit cliche which is why I didn't give it the fifth star but it is a very quick, light read perfect for a nighttime or holiday read.

Wow! What a wonderfully different book. This paranormal romance between Adam and Dana in an alternate universe. They both meet after being transformed while sitting under a special tree. I loved this book and could not wait to see what the next page would bring. I read it in one sitting.

How great it would be to have a sequel for this book! I highly recommend reading it.
