Seems like there’s nothing for us old, stubborn, idiotic self-sabotaging ladies who still won’t give it up. Probably because there’s not too many of us; certainly not enough to warrant a chapter in a book like this. Well I wish I was dead, too, thank you very much. But I’m not and I would like a little help. This is great if you haven’t already read everything on the subject published for the last, oh, forty years. Actually it’s a great collection of all the good advice and wisdom of the issue.

I have decided not to rate this book because I have not put it to practice as it is 'not the right time' for me to recover from bulimia, I still want to lose a bit more weight etc etc. HOWEVER, I do feel that when I am ready I will re-read this and hopefully benefit from it as it certainly has some good advice/tips...
