This would be a great book for encouraging your kids to eat healthily, IF they put any stock in Disney character's opinions. My kids were ready to eat all kinds of things (Cinderella's pumpkin waffles, anyone?).
The recipes in this book are basic and healthy. The creative names and characters for each recipe really 'sells' the good food to kids. My teen and tween sons love this book!
