If I had completely missed the point of this book, I would say I wish I had read this when I turned 18. But I like to think that I read it at exactly the right time. The graceful prose in which this is written just gives this vibe of gentleness as you're reading. The words on the pages sink beneath my skin and made a home in my mind and body.

It definitely is a healing book, and I deeply appreciated the lessons I got from it and will implement them into my life as best as I can.

Definitely recommend this one.

After completing Mutant Message From Forever reading this was nearly impossible to read. The Tibetan Art Of Serenity
by Christopher Hansard goes into detail about the suffering in the world. He makes you feel the suffering and then tells you how to be at peace in the face of the suffering. I rather take the aboriginal wisdom and close the circle and be happy.

The book makes lot of sense. Makes me wanna be me... The real meaning of love, loneliness and ways to become a good human. Truly an amazing piece by Christopher. To overcome your fear I would definitely want others to opt for this book. But some parts of it, i would definitely criticize but not everything. I can find the change in me after reading the book (which is like totally impossible).
