This audio book is a lot different then what I've normally read about time management,being focussed etc. Some of the ideas in this book are definitely worth inculcating in my day to day life. The author has given some great tips about enjoying life more fully.....life isn't a race is the main idea conveyed through this audio book.I definitely learnt something from it.
