This story was excellent. One of the best zombie themed stories that I have read. I like the allusion to another famous Zombie book within it. I read the story in one sitting. I would definitely recommend this book, even to my students. I cannot wait to read the next book.
I immensely enjoyed Undead Nation: Outbreak. The lead character, Alex was very much the zombie killing action hero, while Liam was the side kick , adding humor to some of the situations. I did find the wife to be a bit tedious and whiney to the point where I really wanted to shoot her. I guess under the circumstance, who knows how you will react. She did get on my nerves. I look forwaed to the Undead Nation: Rescue
I really enjoyed this book. It is very simple in look, but the story is a great one. I enjoyed that they stuck to reality as much as possible when writing a zombie thriller. Not a huge amount of gore, which is also fine with me. The story is more about the survivors and what they go through trying to survive. People who have the inability to think when a horrible situation occurs and how that affects everyone's survival. I would definitely recommend this read if you like such stories as The Walking Dead, not the comic version, and the likes. It is so far a very good read and I am starting on the second book as we speak!
Not t h e best not the worst. The author has a good idea. Now I've read a lot, the premise has been done. But the story is older. Still will finish read ing the rest of the series.
I recommend this book to anyone that likes The Walking Dead. Good back stories and you really root for the good guys. Strong characters. Can't wait to read the next book!
