This was a good picture of this issues facing student affairs at the time it was written and to some extent, many of these issues still remain. Suggestions for action throughout the book could be tweaked to fit a modern view of SA and then it can be super helpful.

Another easy read on student issues. Similar to the Art & Practical Wisdom, in that it's a collection of essays and full of great advice and useful information. Just slightly less entertaining. Still decidely worth reading.

This the most boring book in all of creation, but the history of Student Affairs was something I didn't know before.
