i recieved this book for free. i signed up for it because i love cookbooks, it is not for the prudish type of person. i loved some of the recipes in it and really enjoyed the information in it too. Too bad i left it on the kitchen counter when my 22 year old son and his girlfriend were in town for a couple days when i wasnt home. he called to say he was borrowing another cookbook since they had returned the last one they borrowed and you can guess which one he took. i am sure that they will enjoy it. thanks for sending it to me and hopefully i get it back some day. (i did copy some recipes that i wanted to try before it disappeared so at least i can try a few more)

I received this as a First Reads book. This is a great book, unlike anything I have ever read. The recipes look delicious. The poems are quite racy, but fit with the tone of the book. My only complaint would be that I would like it to be longer and therefore look forward to future additions.
