I highly recommend this book for individuals suffering Fibromyalgia & Chronic Fatigue Syndrome because it's a natural, safe approach. From my own personal experience with traditional medicine compared to holistic alternatives, medications ONLY complicate the condition with extremely negative side effects, which may become debilitating. After two years of near-death experience from SEVERE PHARMACEUTICAL INTERACTIONS, it's only by the grace of God I'm alive today.

From October 2010 to present, I gradually tapered off every single medication. The lesson learned is LESS IS BEST! I highly recommend you advocate for yourself, educate yourself on ingredients & all medications, vitamins & anything consumed. Do NOT rely only on your doctor because in the "real world", they are not God & they do make mistakes. While we all would hope our doctors would not lead us astray, accidents happen & we must rely on our own self to seek as much information about our health & wellness.

I'm 100% in favor of professional massage, acupuncture, magnet therapy, natural supplements, organic diets and gluten-free living.
