I got this book for my husband but I ended up reading it for fun. I enjoyed looking at the pictures and learning about capstones, dry-stacking, building walls, patios, and other things. However, after reading this book, I would not attempt any of the projects described because they all looked way too hard.

This book inspired the building of my field stone wall. I collected each stone from my friend Rhonda's pasture and hillside.
