This book is Angelo Pellegrini's practical guide to a quiet protest against overconsumption by providing for yourself at the table. The subtitle, "Grow your own, Cook your own, Make your own wine- Such is the threefold imperative," sums up the content and aim of the book. Inspiring, and an important reminder of what is truly satisfying in life.
I never tire of reading his books. The ONLY reason I gave this one four stars is that my favorites of his are "Immigrant's Return" and "Wine and the Good Life", which I do not see as choices on goodreads or Amazon.
