The book contains a lot of exercises. It's not something to read in one go. But slowly and consistently.

Four mental fitness qualities that are explained are Mental Strength, Mental Flexibility, Mental Endurance and Mental Coordination.

I really was amazed to know that you can even learn and develop your imagery skills. My brain went like.. whattttt..

The book has given me lots of surprises and hope on how we can change ourselves and our brains.

A great read if you want to grow, no matter what career stream. Because, the earlier you start working on yourself, I believe the more miracles you can create in the world.

Some useful exercises. This book will make you realise the disappointing truth of how lazy your mind has become.
