James O’Connell is one of the three Lycan princes of the O’Connell clan,he was the second oldest of the three.James travelled often and lived a simple life due to the fact he's job was to track down rouge wolves and bring them to justice. He's next job was to bring in Meghan a wolf gone rouge after being rejected by Ian James brother and next in line to the clans crown .
Claudia Hughes a computer programmer the lived and worked from home was a born physic but unlike her mom and Grandmother her power were my weaker and underdeveloped.When she decides to take a trip and some well deserved time off her gut tells her to travel to the East coast .She is attacked by Meghan and left for dead but being tough she fights off Meghan and is found by James and not a moment to soon.
James is drawn to Claudia and is left with no choice but to look after her in hopes that with being bitten by a Lycan she survives that and her first change,not many do. He still has the job of hunting Meghan down even with Claudia in tow as he fights for her life.Their adventure is fill with many questions and hot sex and even a utter betrayal.

This final book of the Call of the Lycan trilogy is James' story and the hunt for evil Meghan who caused problems for Ian in the first book.
Meghan has been on the rampage killing humans and gaining strength becoming more evil with each kill. She tries to kill Claudia but is interupted by James and doesn't finish the job.
James who is also a carer for the O'Connell clan takes responsibilty for Claudia and tries to ease the transition of becoming a Lycan. Not an easy process when most humans don't make the transition and James starts to have feelings for his charge.
This book is extemely hot and gives the explanation to what happens to becoming part of the Lycan world. The O'Connell brothers are reunited to take down Meghan and along the way James and Claudia discover what true love means.
Another quick enjoyable read and the passionate sex scenes were seriously hot.

Now we have James' story and have a conclusion on what happens with Meghan. It is a stand alone story but I would recommend reading it in order to get the full depth of the story line.
James is hunting Meghan, who tried to kill Ian and his wife in book 1. Claudia Hughes however is a natural psychic and something tells her to go to Rhode Island when her original destination was Maine. In Rhode Island Claudia meets Meghan on a beach, during a full moon, is bitten and starts to be changed. James tries to save her life but is unsuccessful and Meghan escapes. James is very adept at dealing with newly changed humans and is strangely attracted to Claudia and knows that if she does successfully change she will be able to help him track Meghan. Claudia keeps sleeping and waking up having strange dreams about James, fur and fangs. I loved the ending and how everything is tied up.

I have to say that Call of Temptation was so much better than the first two books in the Call of the Lycan series.
I feel that this story is more fully developed in terms of the plot and the characters. In this story James, a hunter of rogue werewolves, is out hunting for Meagan from the first novella. James rescues Claudia, a human victim from Meagan's jaws, who is slowly starting to turn. The romance between the two was sweet, more believable and charming. Very enjoyable read.
I got this trilogy as a box set it was worth the .99 I payed.

James is the middle brother, a hunter of rogue werewolves who's out for Meagan from the first novel. He rescues a human victim from Meagan's jaws, only to have the victim, a young female psychic, slowly start to turn. The romance between the two was sweet, something unexpected and charming in this type of book. Very enjoyable read.

These are short stories and I am very lax when it comes to short stories.
I did enjoy them, just don't go into the books expecting much. It's all very "insta-love," but that's ok with me when I'm anticipating it.
The third book was my favorite, I think because it’s time frame is spaced out the most between “Hey, you’re attractive!” and “OMG, I think I love you!”

Absolutely love this book. Great continuation in the series. Meghan finally messes up when she turns Claudia into a lycan. James is a hunter for his lycan clan. They fall in love as they hunt and take out Meghan.

Well James is having a bad day hunting down the traitor of there clan Meghan. Claudia's day just got really day because she just meet Meghan!
what a great action packed hot lycan romance. I always love michelle pillow's books this one is the 3rd in the call of the lycans series and it's the last brother to find his mate. If you love werewolf then this story is for you.

the all business lycan brother saves a human girl from a shifter gal and waits with her while te painful shift and tranformation happens to her.
More he is drawn to her so deeply that it pulls at his mind and when they come togther it is like a wildfire in his heart and hers

Wow!
A great fantasy book that I immensely enjoyed, well except that the first half seemed to be multiple scenes of descriptive sex. I skipped reading most of those sections. Still a great read!

Call of Temptation was filled with action, suspense, and hot & sweaty love making. I enjoyed reading this series.

3.5 stars. These are not deep and meaningful books but they are fun. They are basically sex shenanigans with overgrown boys but James comes across as more solid in his book.
James is the middle brother and a hunter, chasing after the rotten Meghan who is on a killing spree.
Apart from the fact most of this story is sex, what story there was about Claudia being changed into a werewolf was entertaining.
Claudia was certainly likeable and I enjoyed that she was a fighter.
Have owned these books for years, both individually and in the box set but my previous reviews are missing.
Have read these quite a few times and finding them in KU just made me want to read them again. So another review to be posted.

Feel Good Story
Definitely a feel good story. The final brother of the O’Connell Lycan clan James is on the hunt of Meghan who betrayed their family and attempted to kill his brother. Unacceptable. But Meghan is tricky and elusive to the noble and skilled hunter, when she attacks the psychic Claudia is when she made her mistake. A great story about good versus evil and gaining justice for those victims of Meghan’s evil selfish actions. I really enjoyed this Lycan series.

Too short
I wanted a longer read to end this series. I was left hanging as to what hapoens with the three brothers and their wives. This left me hanging.

If you love mini porn stories then this series is for you unfortunately its not for me. I'm usually a big fan of hers and some of her other books have more substance than this. I'm just not impressed with the hero and heroine knowing each other for 1 day or a few hours and saying hey your cute lets do it!! Yeah I wasn't a fan of this series but if you don't mind them not knowing anything about each other and doing like bunnies, fighting, doing it again I'm sure you can muck through like I did but I won't be reading them again. Oh and I'm putting this review for all 3 books.
