A must in my kitchen that I have used for years. This book is a great introduction to pestos. My favorites are conventional basil and sorrel but I make a wide variety of others to use especially to marinate chicken in the winter. Buy it, use it and write in it! I love to experiment with other varieties!

This is one of my favorite cookbooks. I use it all the time to help me create a variety of pestos besides the basic Genovese basil variety. The recipes are very easy and very inspirational to get back to home-cooking.
