Recomendo.

Not an easy to read book, but I do can see the author is very knowledgeable to put all the knowledge together.

Looks like it’s all about constraints mgm

Decide to first read the goal and possibly come back to reread this one

Maybe the book is useful, but after 120 pages of misery where the author poured water from one glass to another with whining about what was wrong with the classic PM, I decided that my time could be more productively spent on more practical books on that subject.

Nice insights. TOC is new concept, and this book helps understand the detail concept of TOC wearing a PMP hat.

The first book to address Critical Chain in the Project Management process. It covers the basic concepts of the Constraints Theory and how to apply it on the project scheduling process.
