Okay I admit I had a really good professor for this class. But even so I think this was an excellent book. Very easy to sit down with and work through.
This was a decent introductory text. I does seem quite brief.
There is one thing I was not a fan of: A lot of interesting results/functions/lemmas/etc. are buried in problems. This is useful and fine to an extent, but I thought they overdid it here: a lot of material could have been developed in the text. Keeping these 'extra' pieces in problems is no doubt one reason the book is thinner than others I've seen.
