I'm always on the lookout for good cookbooks for school because we have so few. This had some healthier recipes than most of this type, and the layout was nice. I liked the added options for those who may not like some of the ingredients in certain recipes. My beef with these short non-fiction books designed for the school market is that they are abominably short for the price, with too little meat (information) compared to what they are replacing. This one at least had good content, even if not enough.
