من اجمل كتب الطبخ السهله واليسيرة، الخطوات مع شرح التكنيك واضح، المشكله فقط انك تحتاج ان تفتح احيانا عده صفحات لتكمل وصفه واحدة. مثلا كعك شوكولاته بصلصه التوت ، تجد الكعكه وقد كتب بها لاعداد ذلك افتح صفحة اخرى. امى ما تبقى فهو جيد يمكن ان تتعلم منه و تضيف لمساتك❤️ احب هذا الكتاب.

Since I haven't instinctual knowledge of what the "blanchings" and the "clarifyings" of cooking entail, I pull this book out practically every time I cook. It's sufficiently dumbed down...or perhaps I just mean thorough. The recipes are very good, and as it taught me how to poach an egg, it's also more useful than 95% of the books I've ever read. Highly recommended.
