The further I got in the book, the more I was taking my time reading every section.

I learned a lot about why certain patterns in my life happened, how I got stuck, and how to slowly get unstuck. And a big part was just being patient with Gods process.

Definitely enjoyed this book.

Interesting book by a psychotheripist who writes about the role of God, scripture and faith in recovery from depression, anxiety and eating disorders.
