I think this is a Great way to start the day contemplating on what needs to be on your priority list for each day. I like to way each entry is presented for a week, fifty-two weeks of the year. I have been doing these meditations for several years since a friend in a Monastery in SC sent me the book years ago. I would recommend this book to everyone regardless of their religious affiliation.

I liked the format of quotes with beautiful illustrations and a meditation, but just a few of them spoke to me.
