I started listening to this book, but it seems I would get more out of it by reading it. I didn't get very far, so my thoughts of the book are still incomplete. But it doesn't seem that scientific to me, like I would expect something on NLP to be. I mean, the author tells me to put flowers in my office to make people more inclined to want to work with me, for goodness sake! I didn't get the connection between that and the brain science of NLP. Maybe I'll understand better when I read rather than listen.

I honestly didn't finish the book because it was getting too long and the narrator was taking a long time. The idea of NLP was appealing to me but I didn't find the recommendations really actionable. Not my cup of tea, but if you're into NLP you'll probably like this book.

Nice wide ranging look at NLP in the workplace, touches a lot of subjects and can be a good drop off point for further learning, doesn't go deep into any reasoning.
