Note to self: when reading books about information technology, check the copyright date (which I failed to do until the first time I read the word “pager”). That said, I can now explain and visualize virtualization, and I got several story ideas. So it’s all good.

Decent handbook to support an IT policy. Not quite customed for nonprofit, but seems to address key topics.

Good intro to IT architecture. Helped me tie together various pockets of IT knowledge I had. Plan to move on to more detailed architecture book focused in SOA.
