This book answered the questions I had as a new track and field coach on what were the proper exercises and techniques needed to improve student running and throwing. I’m sticking this one in my bag to take to practice every day

50% cookie cutter training programs, 25% ubiquitous training knowledge, 25% useful T&F specific info.

If you're going to call your book the "Ultimate" guide to something, you ought to earn that title.
