This is the Italian vegetarian cookbook I use when my very favorite one, The Complete Italian Vegetarian Cookbook, doesn't have quite what I'm looking for. It is more lavishly photographed than the other one, and would be especially nice for those that like such cookbooks. My biggest quibble with it is that it is not indexed as well as most cookbooks are.
