Molten Silver title

Maybe it was the sand or the Gulf breeze. It could have been the three appletinis. But when former quarterback Trigger Morgan makes a pass, Kailey Whitmore decides to throw caution to the wind and take him up on his offer.

A one-night stand at the fifteen-year reunion--how cliché. Unless Trigger has plans for more than just one night.

But Trigger’s best friend, star NFL wide receiver Bullet Brady, has ideas of his own. And those ideas include making Kailey part of his fantasy team. That is if Trigger is still game for a little Double Coverage.

I'm issuing this violation due to a breach of rule #1 of PWP which states, first and foremost, the sex contained in PWP must either trigger the need for "me time" OR a break from reading if reader is in public lest they embarrass themselves OR if specific conditions are established then a cold shower or sticking one's head into a freezer will suffice.

There was entirely too much vapid and ridiculous dialogue between people named TRIGGER and BULLET who make up two-thirds of possibly the most whackadoodle, and might I add moody AF, trifecta I've had the misfortune of reading in quite some time.

Again, if you're going to subject me to all of that from people with dumbass nicknames who spend 90% of their time banging then THE AFOREMENTIONED BANGING SHOULD BLOW MY DOORS OFF.

*There is no recourse for resolving this violation. The author just has to live with subjecting me to bad porn.

I picked this book to read for a group reading challenge. I don't usually read ménage books.

The author apparently revised this book from a MFM to a MMF and made it longer and re-released it March 18, 2014.

This is the story of 3 people who meet up at their 15 year high school reunion and embark on a hot affair! Trig (the former quarterback) has had a secret crush on Kailey, the Valedictorian for years, and visa versa. They never did anything about it back then and they never knew of each other's crush. Kailey is a divorcée (her husband was a flagrant cheater and their divorce was a huge scandal). Kailey is feeling a bit worn down and depressed. She got her PhD and became an archeologist and teaches at Princeton and is like a female Indiana Jones. She used to be a dork smarty pants and has a hard time believing that Trig is so into her. The erotic tension when Kailey and Trig meet up with each other is pretty smokin'!

Bullet, aka Robert Brady, the running back/wide receiver (sorry I don't know football positions but he's one who catches the ball from the quarterback and runs with it) and Trigger were best friends in high school and college until Trigger blew out his knee along with his chances of an NFL career. Bobby, on the other hand, made it into the NFL successfully and played for Denver for a number of years, but just became a free agent and will be starting at New Orleans. Trigger went into medical school and is now a pediatrician working at a free clinic in New Orleans.

Bullet and Trigger were super tight for a long time and they used to pick up women together and have three-ways with women, serial women. There was always something more between them.

The erotic scenes were hot and wild! It was kind of hard for me to imagine some of the stuff that was happening because this isn't my usual fare. There were MF scenes, MM scenes, MMF scenes and MFM scenes, not in that order however!

Anyway, the character development and the emotional connections between everyone was beautifully drawn. The relationship between Bobby and Trigger was hot (and surprising to me).

I appreciated the denouement, because it ended on a super positive note!
The epilogue seemed to be missing a paragraph or sentence in the second paragraph, because suddenly it referred to "she" when the first paragraph referred to Bobby. That small error was the only blip I noticed.

Since I do not usually read ménage books and was not really into the erotic scenes, I would have personally rated it a 3, but the scenes were written very well and would be very enjoyable for someone who likes ménage books! I also think that it has a wonderful ending!

Personally, I don't get the need for high school reunions. I don't give a shit about the past, nor do I care about people I knew from school. I'm also not into jocks, so I don't much care for jock related stories either. So why would I buy this when the basic premise didn't fit me? Well, it's by Mercy Celeste and I do like her writing, so I thought - why not.

This book has a bitter undercurrent for the first half. What-ifs ruled. What if I fit in more and had more fun at school? What if I took a chance and climbed in the straight A's student window, having my wicked way with her?

I liked Kailey, liked that she was well educated, was at the reunion to see what happened, have a bitch, feel superior (hello, well educated) and I liked her bitter, bitchy observations. Kailey's all grown up now, looking sexy, and it's time for her to use that sexiness for bedding men. I liked that she managed to get laid by not just one but two hot guys - a Kailey sandwich. I also liked that she wanted sex and didn't need strings attached. She's been hurt by her ex, you know the type, gets you to work your arse off to buy them an education, then does the dirty. Happened to a friend of mine, so that rang true for me.

Trig lived near Kailey when growing up; at that time she had braids, braces, was smart as a whip and gangly. She played ball with the guys on the block and learned how to throw a mean football. He liked her for her tenacity and the fact she was smart, she showed up a math teacher that had been giving him hell all year. Trig played ball, injured himself, went to med. school and has a decent career as a doctor.

Bullet is a pro football player with a touch of douchebag to him, a big touch actually. He's currently contracted for $6 million, he's good looking and says the most smarmy things. I found him hard to like; he’s not my kind of man, but he suited the book and the story to a T. I can handle a painful MC if the writing is strong, if the other MC’s are good, if it fits the story, which it did completely.

Double Coverage is not a long read, but it is satisfying. I want to say - frigging hell! Mercy Celeste can write a sex scene or 10, she is unbelievably gifted in the literary sexual stakes. I have a few authors on auto buy, so to speak, that write the best sex, they never get it wrong. Mercy Celeste has joined that club.

All her books are different, and yet all good in their own right. The mark of a good writer. I thought Double Coverage had substance as well as erotic content. The writing started off snarky, bitchy, bitter (loved it), then developed into emotional connections, a secret love or two, and a nice happy ending, loved that too. I totally recommend it for anyone wanting a super hot, well written ménage with interesting characters.

This is an official Romance Reviews review:

This erotic novella was hot, hot, and did I mention, hot? With tons of steamy sex, great dialogue and a cute story, I absolutely could not put it down!

Kailey came to her fifteen year high school reunion to try to forget her life. Recently living through a very bitter, very public divorce, she wants to escape her troubles. So, when high school quarterback and Kailey's long time crush, Trigger, comes up to talk to her, they end up hooking up. Kailey's not looking for forever, but sex with Trigger is amazing, so she'll take right now. But when Trigger's former best friend, "Bullet" comes into the picture, the two men set out to keep Kailey a lot longer...like forever.

I loved this. The characters were great. This is set at a high school reunion so a lot of the players were there: the jocks, the cheerleaders, the overachievers.

Kailey was a great heroine: she was smart, sexy, and had must the right amount of snark to make the dialogue funny. The story was really fun and put an interesting twist in there with the main trio. I loved the byplay between Bullet and Trigger (how great are those names????). The reader gets a sense that something's going on there, and it is all brought out in the end.

The sex was great. It was decadent, plentiful, and oh so steamy. I really felt that my finger prints would be permanently etched into my kindle because it was so hot! Ultimately we are treated to a wonderful HEA that made me laugh as much as it made my heart swell.

So, this was a short book that packed a lot of punch. It was sexy as hell but had great characters, fresh and funny dialogue, and steamy sex scenes that complimented its story line. This is the debut book by Mercy Celeste, and I look forward to reading many more in the future. If this one is anything to go by, this author has got a bright future ahead of her!

This was cute. I thought they made a cute trio, even if I don't buy the 'I'm in love after one day' thing. Sex was pretty darn hot. :-) And I really liked the quarterback who lusted after the nerd who lusted after the quarterback but neither of them ever acted on it. So why not 15 years after high school? Lol!

The Bottom Line
Dear. Sweet. Jeebus.

MMF romance with lots o’dirty, smutty sex.

Plot? Well, did I mention the dirty, smutty sex? Because the plot has holes bigger than [insert crude joke here] and the characters go from lust to love pretty instantly. But really, it’s about the sex. And it’s hot.

Yeah, that’s all I got.

Oh, and it’s a KU book, so there’s a plus.

I really didn’t like this book very much. No happy ending, no integrity. And no really authentic characters. I will read the next book in the series to find out how this mess ends.

If you are looking for something sinful to fill a short gap then look no further than list little gem. This short story is as hot as they get.

What more can a girl ask for than after a divorce and going to her high school reunion she gets hit on by the hot stud that used to be the football quarterback? Ohhh I know! You could get him plus his best friend who is now an NFL star!

Trigger and Kailey were neighbors growing up and he's always had a crush on the smart guy but felt intimidated. His best friend since forever, Bullet, has always had a thing for him and now wants to share in the beautiful woman that has captivated the heart of the only friend he's ever had.

But let me tell you, there's nothing wrong or less hot when she's with just one of these hot guys, but as the title gives away, some times the more the merrier.

The story, even though short, was very well written, touching on enough of the characters that I felt that I knew them and cared about what happened.

This is a permanent menage story and it does have just a small touch of m/m (very minor) so that goes as a warning. But it's wickedly hot!

WHOA! Hot. Sassy. Different.

This was a short story, so the sexy gets started right away and never stops.

Kailey returns to go to her 15 year high school reunion. She was the Valedictorian back in the day and has done well for herself. Unfortunately, her time was wasted on a no good husband, so she is recently divorced.

Trigger spots Kailey at the reunion and can't resist going up to her. He had a crush on her in high school but was afraid to say anything. Seeing his chance, he doesn't want to let the opportunity pass him by.

Bullet was Trigger's best friend all through high school and college. He shows up and the reunion and surprises Trigger. But not before he sees Kailey leaving the hotel the next morning. And he wants her for himself.

Well written, in spite of the fact that everything happens so fast. The Trigger/ Bullet dynamic was a surprise for me, but it totally worked here. And Kailey surprised me too. Those unexpected elements kept me engaged in the story, waiting to see what was going to happen next. I really liked the author's writing style, and will definitely be checking out more of her works. Loved the character's names and the unexpected ending.

HOLY MOTHER FLAMING FLYING SHIT BALLS! I don't know where to start or what to even say...

it was hot, it was dirty, it was steamy, it was dirty (wait, I said that already)... & it was Kailey's ultimate fantasy she never knew she had! ...& it deprived me of some much needed sleep coz I just couldn't put it down!

Trigger & Bullet were the popular guys at school that every girl wanted, 15 years later nothing's changed. only now, Kailey learns the truth about their desires, and hers. the truth is, she wants them both! & she's got them!

M/F/M with the barest hint of M/M - I thought this bit could've been explored further, I was actually thinking she was about to become the third wheel at one point rather than the central focus. a few small details didn't quite seem to gel properly with the overall story/outcome, but the kinky dirtiness overrode all that

sexy hot fun with an unconventional happily ever after!

I am a greedy reader. I want to know all about my MCs, both male and female and I didn't get that. Kailey, Bullet and Trig went to school together and connect at a high school reunion. Trig has always had a thing for Kailey but never acted on it. Bullet and Trig are close friends with a little something in the air between them. Something went down 11 years ago that they've never quite addressed. Now perhaps my opinion is colored by the fact that I have been reading straight mm for the last several months, but I didn't like Kailey. But, that could also be because I didn't get enough back story on her. I also wanted more manlove! There are lots of hints but not a lot of just Trig and Bullet. Let me just say thst i loved that flashback. Surprisingly I did like the end and the hea. Final issue is, dare I say it....too much sex without story. Gotta give me both to make me a happy camper. Definitely hot but needed some more plot, action, dialogue, etc.

A sexy story with interesting characters and a plot. What more could a reader ask for in this short novel? Kailey is very intellegent, funny and hurt. Trig is a successful doctor, ex-jock and has wanted her forever. Bullet is a successful football player, Trig's best friend and loud-mouthed in a funny sexy way. When these three connect it is an explosion of heat but also of emotion and of caring. They each compliment the other two.

The writer created a cocoon for the reader of true feeling and hot sex. I liked the interaction of the three characters and their feelings for each other. I liked the ending with one exception. I wish they had devised a legal (maybe by some from of civil contract) to be a recognized unit.

I simply liked them and their story.

I don't often read this genre and now I remember why - I'm just not that into sharing, being the selfish person that I am, I would have to kick major ass if anyone played with my toys. I also don't see how the mechanics of one of these situations worked from a physiological stand point - someone is going to end up with big time loss of muscle tone (I mean some of those babies probably just fell out of that uterus) LMAO. Ah - what do I know! It was well scripted and the characters were good.

I had a hard time buying into this one. I find it hard to believe that Trigger had a crush on geeky Kailey back in the day and did nothing about it. I also had a hard time believing that Trigger would just drop his friendship with Bullet like he did. I also had a hard time believing that once Trigger got his hands on Kailey he would then allow his friend to join in.

The only redeeming part of this one for me was the epilogue. I loved how Bullet laid his claim in front of everyone!

This book's premise started out a little cliche` but turned into a pages-on-fire good read. The author even makes fun of the cliche` nerdy girl hooking up with the star of the football team.

It was funny, emotional, and HOT! Thank you, Mercy, for such a terrific story that will feed my fantasies for a long time.

I love this short story. I mean, come on, who doesn't appreciate the high school reunion where the dorky nerd girl ends up with the captain of the football team who says he always liked her but was afraid of her? The greatest fantasy ever!

And, then, she gets the second football star, too. Talk about fantasy overload!! This is a well written hot story that I have enjoyed reading over and over.

This was a fairly good menage story with a sweet HEA. I wish it had been a bit longer. I would have liked to see the trio's relationship explored a bit more before they were ready to say yes to forever. Despite the high school connection, I needed more. Still, the love scenes were pretty hot and well done. Worth reading.

A short, erotic story about acceptance.

I received an ARC from the publisher.

My Take
There are two levels of belief in this story: the willing suspension thereof which allows the reader to fantasize oneself into the story and the depth of writing which pulls one in.

Now, I'm always willing to believe in a romance and I do enjoy an erotic one, however unbelievable a threesome may be in real life...sigh…*collapsing into giggles*, however, I also expect the writer to develop a story, to lead me into a scenario, a scene that could believably happen in real life.

Instead, Celeste forgot or was too busy to develop much past her outline. It's a sweet idea for a story. I adore Celeste's love conflict---it's not one I've encountered before, and I would love to see her develop this into a "finished" story. She starts well with the miserable geek come back for a reunion who gets hit on by one of the hot "boys" of her year. And she doesn't do the usual. She doesn't suddenly gush and think "oh, wow, little ol' me". Instead, she calls him on it. She doesn't believe he's being honest, but that she's being set up. A perfectly reasonable scenario. Then Celeste blows it with Kailey suddenly changing her mind and literally jumping on the guy as he's heading out the door.

There's no thought, no chat, just---jump and haul his ass off to bed. I do like a woman who knows what she wants and goes after it. However, I also expect a character who is described as one way to have some kind of reason laid out for veering off character. Kailey is suddenly brazen and nothing Celeste has written to this point supports this.

Oh, yeah, *rolling my eyes* "my panties are soaked" and in response Trig throws her on top of the comforter and tells her "It's a pretty dress. I love green on you. The color makes your eyes dance." WTF? Who says this kind of stuff at this point?

What was with her reaction after that night with Trigger? Who rents a house for a month for a high school reunion? Wait, she's planning to run away one minute and the next she's seeking Trig out on the beach? Did I miss a chapter? Continuing with the go-nowhere writing, Celeste sets up several possible-bitch sessions that...

That one where Trig reacts like a girl...oh, brother. Okay, her ex is indicted, they can't take the house because it's in her name...so why is she responsible for his debts? I'm confused. What?? He's practically begging her to move in and then says "...if my schedule permits"??

Celeste works it well, getting me so curious as to why Trigger is so anti-Bullet, but then when she finally drops the reason...I'm lost. How could Bullet possibly be confused as to why Trigger is hostile towards him? She teases with little comments like "Bullet was his weakness" and "he hated the things Bullet did to him". These and more that make me wonder, and she doesn't do anything with this. It's all suddenly resolved in about a paragraph.

Then there's Bullet's reactions. He's telling Kailey this is just for fun, and he wants to keep her forever. I'm getting whiplash. I am curious if Bullet "fell in love" within minutes simply because Trigger wants Kailey.

Gag, Robert, Bobby, and Bullet are all the names by which Brady is called. And our brainiac claims "these nicknames are hard to keep up with". My eyeballs are rolling so much, ah's gittin' dizzy...

But then she slips in the interesting bits: the actions that attracted Trig to Kailey in school; Kailey's response to a stupid math teacher (I loved it!); Trigger's conflict over what Kailey wants and the way in which Celeste resolves this is unique; Kailey's reaction to her own responses to two different men; and, the resolution in this is just so sweet. Abrupt, but sweet.

Celeste, you might want to look up a definition for cavalier. I don't think that's what you mean in this. I suspect chivalrous might be closer to the mark.

I loved how she developed her characters: the love Bullet has and wants, Kailey's compassion, Trigger's fears. Now if only she could have developed the interaction between her characters instead of jumping from idea to idea, instead of giving us only the surface of what Trigger is feeling. Just because this is an erotic story doesn't mean it doesn't deserve to flourish as a full-blown story with depth and subltety.

The crisis that sparks the real action in this could have been taken deeper. Ah, well, my whining goes on and on. Read it and weep for the possibilities that Celeste is missing. Smile with envy and contentment for what Kailey has achieved.

The Story
It's their fifteen-year reunion, and Kailey is as outside the action as ever. She doesn't even remember most of 'em. She does, however, remember the hot Trigger Morgan. A boy, a man now, she's fantasized about since she was nine.

Seems her fantasies were not one-way.

The Characters
Kailey Whitmore was the school brainiac, and she's fulfilled that promise with a doctorate in archeology. There's a lot more promise that she's fulfilled as well… Brad was her older brother who couldn't wait to escape babysitting detail; he also threw a wicked spiral. Charlie is her scum of an ex.

Trigger Morgan, sorry, Dr. Morgan, pediatrician, was the football captain and quarterback. A busted knee put those particular hopes to bed. What is Trig's real name, anyway?

Robert Brady, a.k.a., Bullet, was Trigger's best friend through high school and college. On the field, they were Trigger and the Bullet, because that's how they played. Now he's a wide receiver with the Broncos.

The popular girls at school who never gave Kailey the time of day include Veronica Hutchins, the perky, bitch cheerleader, having it off with Mark Cullman, the former basketball captain---not her husband; Brad Brickman was the wrestling captain---I love Celeste's assessment: "so deep in the closet he was having adventures in Narnia"---now flirting with the obtuse Heather "Bunny" Kaufmann; the pregnant Heather McDaniel; Jennifer Hunter lives up to her name(!); Marissa Carpenter; her former neighbor, Sarah Beth Lawrence; and, Georgia Sutherland.

The Cover
The cover is a bikini-clad Kailey sandwiched between footballs and Trig and Bullet. I gotta say I find the bikini top distracting. I wish they'd provided coverage with one of those footballs instead.

The title is a pun on a football term and Trigger and Bullet's intentions with Kailey. On the field or in bed, the men intend a Double Coverage.

This is pretty hot - sure to get your heart and blood pumping a little faster.

I have read some great threesome/poly relationship stories, but it has to be said - this book was remarkably entertaining, and beat out at least one of those stories mentioned above. The driving clincher for this one? Mercy Celeste is a master storyteller, and is on par with Cardeno C for angst, lust and heat. Fantastic book - five stars don't do it justice.

4.5 Stars. Okay, this is a novella so there isn't much back story, but what there is is sufficient enough for me to give me the needed information of relationships, connections or lack there of. I actually wish there was more story development just to add more layers to the story because I thought it was good. I just wanted more which is why it's not five full stars.

But all that to say that when Kailey finally gets together with both Trigger and Bullet (interesting and subliminal nicknames), the sex is H.O.T. I wasn't expecting what happened.

I loved Kailey Whitmore. She was super smart, sassy and sexy at the same time. A lethal combination. I loved how the popular girls, specifically Jennifer, wanted what Kailey ended up with, but was so dumb she didn't even pick up on what the relationship was. Not like Sara Beth and Heather did.

When Kailey returns to her home town for her class reunion, she's a little apprehensive because she's scandalously and recently divorced from her philandering husband who may be go to jail for embezzlement and fraud. When her childhood crush and all around Jock and popular guy Trig "Trigger" Morgan approaches her at the bar. He tells her he had a crush on her when he was a kid and Kailey doesn't believe him. She thinks she's being punked. But decides to take the plunge and go for it.

After an incredible night together, she leaves him for a meeting, doing the "walk of shame" out of the hotel and garnering the attention of Robert (Bobby) "Bullet" Brady, NFL superstar and Trig's childhood best friend. We discover there is a backstory there which has strained their friendship a bit. I would have liked to know more about that, but you get the gist as things progress. It turns out that Trig and Bullet used to share women through high school, college and into adulthood. But things have changed and Trigger doesn't want to share Kailey. Bullet pushes them both and soon they are all in bed together with hot and enticing results.

They figure out that they meet each others needs in more ways than one and can be a family.

You have to suspend belief that this type of relationship could be kept secret for five years with one of them being in the public eye. But, I was willing just to have the fantasy that it could be real.

Yowza... This was scorching hot for me. I will definitely check out Mercy's other titles. She should write bigger story with more layers. I think she would do really well.

Cute story. I love those stories where the two guys are too straight to be in love with each other. Not in a sexual way....though there is nothing wrong with that but as Kialey says... they're soul mates. A friendship that is too strong that they need to be together.... and since they both are straight.. they need a girl.

The story starts off at the high school reunion. Kailey had just gotten screwed over by her husband of 11years and she was ready for a change.

Being the valedictorian in school Kailey couldn't understand why someone like Trigger would slide up to her and offer himself up on a silver platter.

Trigger.. hot , sexy , jock... He was a jock in school. football to the core. but sometime in his senior year in college blew out his knee. So he became a doctor.
Trigger had known Kailey since they were kids. He saw something in her that no one else did. Even as a nerdy geek with braces , thick glasses and braids.

She would be crazy to turn him down for the night.

Bullet pulls up just as Kailey runs out of th e hotel the next morning. He knows her. His best friend has been in love with her for as long as he's known him.

Bullet is a star football player in the NFL. Back in the days when he and Trigger were in college they were always together. And shared everything,

But there is tension between Trigger and Bullet. Trigger doesn't want to share. He wants Kailey to himself. But when Bullet wants something, he doesn't pullback at all.

Its not that Bullet is out to steal Kailey away from Trigger. He knows what she means to him. But he wants this one time with the one person he cares about the most. And he knows Kailey is who Trigger wants the most. He wasn't prepared to fall for Kailey too...

Hot story, great times ... Fun ending :)

Okay...for me this could have been SO much better. I think for the most part the ONLY reason it was not as good as I was hoping would be is becuase it was so short. Don't get me wrong I enjoy a quick read but I just wanted more.

We don't get much of a back story. This could have been so good if we got more of a story with it. It's these people all meet up for a high school reunion and then she sleeps with the jock who she had the biggest crush on back then. Which wasn't all that far fetched because I can see something like that happening, I did kind of find it hard to believe that he had a thing for her back in the day though.

I just felt like it all moved way too fast. If it were stretched out over more time and we were able to get more in depth with the characters I think that it could have been a great one!

If you are looking for something that has hot and steamy sex. This is a good one. I really do hope that the author takes this one and possibly re-does the storyline. The only reason I say this is because I did notice that the author pulled the book. I am not sure just why, but maybe she will change things around in this and put it back out there? Maybe add in an extra 200 pages of a story that tells us how things develop instead of jumping right to it. I did like the concept though!

Love the epilogue. I wanted more of it. I think for me, I was just left with what felt like a teaser of what could be an awesome story.

Highschool quarterback Trigger Morgan cannot believe the girl he crushed hard on in highschool is the beauty in front of him. Kailey Whitmore went through a disastrous and humiliating divorce and now has decided to face the kids she went to school with who always treated her like a geek. She was of course, but she still has a chip on her shoulder about it and when Trigger approaches her she is conflicted with the desire she feels and the thought this maybe a joke. Jock vs geek and all. Enter into the picture NFL player Bullet Brady who wants to relive his connection he had with Trigger and women in between. He finds himself falling for Kailey but is hiding behind his feelings for Trigger. Can they find happiness together, possibly but truths need to be told for any future.

Good story. Bullet was a bit confusing because he comes off so arrogant initially but once you get to know him he is a charmer. Worth picking up if you like menage stories.

I loved the way this book started out but then it jumped into double drive. Going from long lost crushes between Kailey and Trigger was completely believable. Then Bullet enters, having never had any type of friendship with Kailey and they are all completely in love within two days. That was too much. The story needed a couple more chapters/weeks in the story to get to the forever between the trio. I was easily convinced of the feelings between Bullet and Trigger as well but again Bullet and Kailey happened to fast. Now the bedroom scenes were very hot and detailed. I even enjoyed the life together forever relationship as a menage but wasn't sold on it happening in two days.

Thank you Mercy Celeste and NetGalley for allowing me to read.

This is a well written story with vivid characters, an interesting story line, and some of the hottest love scenes I have enjoyed in a long time. I liked the reunion theme; the author captured the atmosphere at one of them perfectly. Trigger and Bullet have some issues that have to be resolved and Kailey is still a bit tender from a bitter divorce adding tension and conflict to make things even more interesting. Football fans will really enjoy this story and root for a happy ending for three very appealing characters.

I liked both Kailey and Trig. I understood her hesitation at first when he showed interest in her. Together the 2 of them were really hot! I like that we got glimpses into both of their heads instead of just one POV.

I wasn't as sold on Bullet. Sure I can understand the attraction, and I'm all about reading a menage story. But I didn't like how quickly they were all suddenly in love and ready to live HEA. I guess I felt a little betrayed on Trig's behalf. I guess too much action happened without enough discussion. Especially between Trig and Kailey.

I did appreciate the little epilogue of how things are going in the future.
