I had this as a freebie book when I bought my breadmaker years ago. Book and breadmaker are still going strong. As well as breads to make in the breadmaker, the book also has recipes for breads like focaccia where the breadmaker is only used to raise the dough and you finish the bread in the oven. So not just breadmaker breads!

This book covers traditional breads, but also how you can use your bread machine to help make them. It also covers recipes for quick breads and a fairly good selection of gluten free breads as well.
