Sigh of Relief: The First-Aid Handbook
In an emergency, the last thing any parent needs is to have to scan through a table of contents or index, and then thumb through pages and pages of dense text looking for the CPR instructions. In A Sigh of Relief, help is a moment away. The back cover's emergency index leads to large, accurate graphics and easy-to-follow written instructions. Other sections include problem prevention, childhood illnesses, and drug identification. This is an excellent first-aid book to keep by the telephone (not far from the fire extinguisher). Oh yeah, it's got a place to write down emergency phone numbers, too.

It looks like a book of signs - each page contains numbered diagrams with step by step instructions on the facing page. Could've be called ' Signs of Relief '.

As with many of the health and medical books I own, I have reads parts of them according to information I needed at that time. I am marking them as "Read" and they are all 5 stars!
