This is an important book for all those interested in preserving their health or regulating various disorders.

The authors explain the properties of Melatonin and its ability to reverse aging, boost the immune system, relieve stress, protect against heart disease, alleviate jet lag, cure sleep disorders and much more.

Melatonin is a hormone manufactured by the pineal gland when we sleep. As we age, melatonin levels decrease, thus necessitating supplementation.

This is the only book on Melatonin I have yet encountered, but will now search for others.

According to the authors, Melatonin supplementation wil reverse aging and relieve or cure all diseases assocated with it.

Within a week my own sleep problem of several years has been greatly alleviated by means of Melatonin!

I repeat, this is an extremely valuable book, since it provides information about a much neglected but essential hormone. Use of Melatonin will revolutionize your life. Especially those with health problems or those
getting on in age should promptly get hold of this book.

This book does not require to be read, but just to be "skimmed". Though the title emphasizes the miracle of Melatonin, most of the book is common knowledge filler of medical maladies or other health issues. The actual Melatonin thesis could have been presented in 15 or so pages.

Basically each chapter is a brief paragraph on Melatonin, and then pages and pages describing the disease or malady Melatonin will overcome. So, in essence, the authors appeared to have contrived a 250 page book around a very simple message that could have been stated in 15 pages.

Waay too positive about melatonin when we still do not have enough long term studies of its effects - still fascinating. For those that actually take melatonin regularly the caution point is also on how high the quality of the supplements is. A poor supplement could contain toxic chemicals along with melatonin that would outweigh any positive effect.

Don't believe everything you read. Although I've found melatonin to be a helpful sleep aid, I still got gray, and I haven't experienced much in the way of age-reversing. When I first read this I was convinced I'd never get gray. Not me. I was going to take melatonin! And I did. But I am gray. So although you'll read about a lot of studies in this book, you will have to take some of the applications and "promises" of those studies with a grain of salt.
