This is the most comprehensive book I have ever read on the Person of the Holy Spirit and I have read almost 80 books on the Holy Spirit. However, the gifts and the fruit of the Spirit were not expounded upon much, so not a fully comprehensive book, but a great book nonetheless.

The author begins by mentioning going to a meeting in 1990's to see Kathryn Kuhlman and how she impacted him when she communicated about her relationship with the Holy Spirit. As a side note, from the books I have read, Kathryn Kuhlman affected many great ministers of the Gospel who walk in the demonstration of the Spirit and power, including Benny Hinn, Sid Roth, Katherine Ruonala, etc. Here is a link to a YouTube video of her ministering in the 1990's for those not familiar with her ministry (she is a bit dramatic, but led by the Holy Spirit nonetheless. Getting back to the review, I wrote pages and pages of notes when listening to this audio book. It is also read by the author which is a plus! The author is very skilled with the use of the Greek and the original meanings of the words and what the Word of God is actually saying concerning Scriptures pertaining to the Holy Spirit.

You will learn who the Holy Spirit is, what His purpose is, His work in this world, His work in the believer's life, as the author states:

"The Spirit of God is called to be our Helper in this world. This is the Holy Spirit's chief purpose and responsibility on this earth."

Excellent book on the Person of the Holy Spirit. There is a prayer at the end of this audio book to receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit.

This is indeed a wonderfully spirit-inspired book written about the Holy Spirit. I have so much to learn that i was unaware this degree of intimacy with Him was intended for me. I had no idea how much it meant to rely on Him as my Comforter. With my attitudes and erroneous priorities, i didn't realize how gravely I was grieving Him. I simply didn't realize how crucial my relationship with the Holy Spirit is until now.
So grateful to have a hand on this inspiring book.

I've been a Christian for 40 years, a Pentecostal pastor for over 20 and this book taught me so much about the Holy Spirit. Maybe it wasn't that it taught me anything new, but rather, put what I already knew into a new light that clicked for me. The application found in this book is life changing. And the illustrations used spoke to me in fresh ways. Challenging and uplifting! I can't recommend it more.

I have been a believer and infilled with the Holy Spirit at the age of 14. This book has shown me that I need his help each second of every day to walk in the path that God has for my life. This book is an amazing read. Each chapter is a step by step process to teach you how to have an intimate relationship with the Holy Ghost. I was convicted and comforted as I read this book. I would recommend it to anyone.
