This book is not for those that have not taken the prerequisite Medical Terminology. It categorizes the ICD-10 -CM coding book much better than a book previously used (evolve-not so "evolved!"...hint!). Makes it much easier to understand. But just like the previous book - the chapters should be in the same order as the ICD-10!!! They both should be "in line" so it's easier to cross reference and find codes for the exercises. An oversight???
