A great book for beginning SLR photographers. It is very much a basic skills book, which worked great for me since I've only owned an SLR for a few months. This book also included many, many photo examples and a description of what settings were used and why, which was very helpful.
This book really helped me to fully use the functions of my camera. It's good enough technical background to make you understand why to use which setting.
So nice to finally understand WHY I should use this or that setting! I've had my Digital Rebel XTi for 2 years now and I still learned plenty from this book...
