I found this story by a BL rec FB page & I'm so glad I did! I'm a sucker for omegaverse stories with dominant omegas, plus there's the mafia/action element to it too which makes it so interesting!

So it's quite a suspense/angsty story, there's hurtful traumatic past. I did skip through a lot of early scenes & also tense ones later on. So I can't say I read it fully, but I read enough to get a hang of the story & I loved it! The alpha is a green flag which is a rare gem in manhwa world 🙈. Their baby is adorable! Everyone is handsome here 🤭.

Weirdly enough, I almost read fully the storyline that comes after the season 2 (which I'm guessing is Vol 2) which is like bonus/side story. So I thought I'll add atleast that to my read pile 🤣 as I spent my 3hrs on it. If I'm in mood for a cry/bloody action, I gotta reread this again & this time without skipping lol. Anyhow, I hate the ex & his dad 😤.

THEY'RE THE CUTEST 😭 I hate that I binged it so fast and now it's over - I need more of them, please.

The side stories were everything. They struck the perfect balance between soft, heart-melting moments with Jaeyoon, and the kind of high-stakes tension that made the original story so gripping. I was hooked from start to finish.

Taeyoon really got his moment to shine here - his gentle, affectionate side came through so beautifully, while still holding onto that commanding energy we love. And Jaein… watching him do everything in his power to protect family was both heartbreaking and deeply moving. It reminded me just how far he’s come.

AND THEIR BABY??? Literal perfection. So freaking adorable. (Sorry Byul… you’ve got some serious competition.)

I think I liked the side stories more than the main content. There was more feeling in these ones, plus the baby was cute
