En översikt av problem som uppstår vid kontroll och uppföljning av bolag och andra finansiella institutioner. Boken är bred, torr som aska, och väldigt läsvärd om man har ett intresse av samhällsfrågor. Anslaget är i huvudsak teoretiskt, med praktiska exempel som understöd snarare än redovisade dataset. Detta sagt ökar detta vägval läsbarheten, vilket är en vinst.

a must read for anyone interested in regulation.i did like the first part in the book which is about regulation in general more than its case study.
