Really loved this book so it disappointed me to find that a film was made. I haven't watched it but I always find a film can spoil a good book as it destroys the imagination element that we get from reading!
Therefore I won't watch the film because this book did everything I wanted too.
It was easy reading, created suspense, gave me an emotional attachment to the characters and kept me interested until the end :-)

I think I'm too impatient for a book like this one. There was nothing that held my interest except to know the ending---no extraordinary writing; plot twists were repetitive, characters not fully developed, etc. I did want to know the ending which I won't spoil in this review. As it turned out, there were really 2 endings, both predictable.

Desde la primera página te engancha y compartes la angustia que siente la protagonista. Intrigante, interesante y muy bien escrita. Se nota que el autor posee conocimientos médicos. Excelente lectura.

Chrissy has lost her memory and ability to have new memories in her early 20s. She wakes each morning a blank slate with no knowledge who or where she is. Through journaling and working with a doctor, and behind her husband's back, she begins to piece her life together. The ending takes a somewhat predictable twist. The story is mainly told through Chrissy's journal and the reader wonders with Chrissy as to what is truly a memory, or imagination. First work of this author.

if you like ground hog day you'll like this although its' knot quite like that. Quite a page turner. Enjoyed who is/isn't the good guys here..but the ending, whilst satisfying on one level was a little too neat in others. For a first novel though, excellent story line , well paced... believable characters,, a wee bit stretched plot wise but a definite recommendation.

I actually read the book - not the study guide. In any case, this story tended to meander along for quite a while without really getting good until towards the end. Once it picked up, it was pretty suspenseful, although I had figured out what was going on well before we got to that point.

I like a good suspense movies, and I really like psych-thrillers. This was an easy (quick) read, and since I don't get out to the movies much (I have a toddler), it was delightful to read this in my frivolous spare moments.

The plot is so unexpected. I couldn't put down the book once I started to read it. Had an insomnia for 5 hours after reading the end. Recommend!

Very hard to put down. Interesting read about a woman's struggles with short term memory loss combined with a great thriller novel.

I LOVED this book. A second time. As in, it had been a while since I had read the book originally, so picking it up again, I had no idea I had read it before and was blown away by the fast pace of the book. You really want to know the ending, so you push yourself to get to that final reveal.
