This updated edition of the bestseller helps teachers become more sensitive educators by recognizing teaching mistakes and discovering better ways to address challenging and stressful situations.
The book is interesting in that it takes various people's essays of their experience with teaches and breaks it down how the teacher had messed up. One of the biggest things that I took out of this is that nun's can be pretty brutal to their students, although this might be a poor stereotype the book definitely makes you think it could be true.

Absolutely awful. I was looking for some inspiration for my own teaching and ended up a third of the way through the book hating my own profession. I genuinely wanted to find something good in this book and can't. Don't even bother with it if you're an educator, it focuses on our of date practices and gives one sided accounts.
