I wasn’t sure what to expect. As another commenter said, it does seem to focus a lot on the parents. I would never have guessed that from the title. I skipped a few chapters that were irrelevant. But overall a very good book with good insight and a Christian perspective. The title doesn’t really match the book, I think….great for both parents and adult children to read.

I read this to help my relationship with my parents, however this book is geared toward parents with adult children and not the other way around. Though there were a few good chapters relating to both sides of the relationship.
