This was required reading for my licensure program and boy was I happy to have read through it. Filled with great tips and strategies to make any teacher successful in managing that unwanted behavior in their students. In this text it's not about discipline it's about changing behaviors with positive feedback and reinforcement which makes the students want to learn.
