The Easiest Way to Learn Astrology—EVER!!: A revolutionary way to actually LEARN astrology, and STOP RELYING on astrology books for answers

Rate this book
Wouldn’t it be nice to have x-ray vision ? What if you could see through anyone, or any “thing,” circumstance, environment, politician, or corporation? How much more money could you make by knowing the right opportunities for you? Even better, how much could you save by instantly knowing when someone is lying to you, or instinctively knowing what motivates them? What if you knew someone’s character and personality even before you met them ? You can already do this by the way, you just don’t know how (yet). But that’s why I still have a job. You see, I am a professional astrological teacher (I teach professional astrologers), and astrology is a way of measuring energy. Conveniently enough, everything on earth is made of energy—so that works out nicely. How many astrology books have you already bought? Aren’t you tired of buying astrology books that say the same things, but with different pictures? Too many books make you dependent on constantly going back to reference information about some planet, sign, or aspect. They make you dependent on reading someone else’s opinion. Still other books are so complicated that they are too hard to get through. That ends here. This book will TEACH you how astrology works in fun, exciting ways, so you can use it in your everyday life. And it comes with complete support. Stop trying to memorize astro-gobbledegook and what planet/sign/house/aspect combination is most compatible with some other planet/sign-whatever. You are just rotting your brain trying to learn astro-gibberish that does nothing to help you translate astrology into daily life. Besides, no one in the real world uses nonsense words like diurnal, quadruplicities, and quincunx. At least no one who has any friends. It’s time for an easier way to learn astrology, so you can be the two-eyed person in the valley of the blind (willfully ignorant, but the metaphor works). Whether you want to “know thyself” and experience true serenity by understanding your inner drives and desires, or you want to “win friends and influence people” by using your secret astrological knowledge of how people think, this book will help you do exactly that. Astrology doesn’t replace what you have spent your life learning. It adds to it, making you smarter and more effective. Knowing astrology is like having x-ray vision, and that makes every aspect of life easier and more fun. This unique book takes you by the hand and gently introduces you to the world of astrology by teaching you from the ground up, rather than throwing a bunch of complicated words and terminology at you.

Dusty White is a professional tarot reader, astrologer, and teacher of professional—and beginning—tarotistas and astrologers. He is the author of several books on metaphysics, including astrology, tarot, palmistry, and manifestation techniques. He is also the creator of The Easiest Way to . . . —EVER!! series of instructional books, in open rebellion to books that call people “Dummies” or “Complete Idiots.”

Dusty White brings pragmatism and integrity to metaphysics, along with a healthy dose of seriously bad attitude directed squarely at purveyors of outdated and disproven occult dogma, “instant New Age gurus,” and self-righteous “experts” whose ego eclipses their ability to help their clients achieve tangible results. As such, he will most likely never fit in with the mainstream crowd.

His books on the tarot The Easiest Way to Learn the Tarot EVER and Advanced Tarot Secrets have helped thousands of frustrated students finally learn—and master the tarot once and for all through a selection of carefully designed exercises, games, and techniques used by professionals, none of which require memorizing useless keywords or phrases. He has spent the past two decades developing an oracle deck.

Additionally, he gives away hundreds of hours of free audio and video instruction on the tarot and astrology at EasyTarotLessons.com and EasyAstrologyLessons.com to help students of all stages of expertise and every economic level learn and master the arts.

In the days following my birth, my mother was presented with a glass ram ornament, a zodiacal totem in honour of my fresh existence. This being the early 'seventies, it was probably a pretty zeitgeisty kind of gift, & a fine one at that. Ten years later I was wearing a sterling silver totem of the same beast. It appealed to my child's appreciation of heraldry, of the mystical & (appropriately) of self. I'd occasionally read heavily illustrated astrology books, compendiums of archetypes, often detailed in their treatises of 'personality' but altogether low on explanations as to 'why'. After another decade or so, a New Age housemate/girlfriend's collection of battered paperbacks introduced me to moon signs & Linda Goodman's swingin' 'love signs' & the ubiquitous Secret Language of Birthdays. I absorbed the lightweight data, accepted it as fun & truthful - antithetical to scientific justification - & left it at that. Life tumbled on, & I didn't think deeply about astrology again for some time. I saw patterns of traits in individuals & contented myself with the assumption that the cogs behind the clockface of the universe were a 'mystery'. To attest openness to such mysteries seemed to be a stance of itself: after all, why bother explaining the inexplicable?

Four years ago, on the back of two years of my studying Tarot intensively & comprehensively through his online programs, Dusty White personally taught me the exquisitely structured tenets of Classical Astrology in accordance with his own active, lifelong scholarship in the field. I've been applying the science & art of it ever since, & haven't looked back . . . but with the release of 'The Easiest Way to Learn Astrology Ever', I've found myself looking forward, & far deeper. This thoroughly accessible tome is not so much a rabbit hole as a goldmine, with gem-encrusted tunnels sprawling out in every direction. Before the reader goes wandering down these catacombs of profound knowledge, basic conditions must be understood, & basic tools mastered. This is what immediately sets this learning method - the understanding of the science (& later, the art) - apart from all others. If any reader finds the first quarter reminiscent of junior high school science, then I'll know that I was not alone. Because this is how one begins. This is physics & chemistry, & later geometry, constantly bulwarked by ever-present logic. Stay with this, absorb it & complete all the quizzes provided. Don't think you're somehow 'above' it, because the payoffs later are immeasurable, to the point that you will question the perspectives of most astrologers or astrology fans who DON'T consider things this way. Don't rush ahead to find out how great your sun sign is, or go looking for supposedly cool obscurities like Black Moon Lilith. Stay the course.

Much of the profundity is to be found in the cast iron logic behind the overall structure, i.e. the study of energy. The symmetry, which is consistently mind-blowing, & the patterns-within-patterns (-within patterns). Invisible clockwork indeed: if you DO wish to understand it, if you genuinely want to KNOW HOW & WHY any given random astrological precept is what it is, then this book will assuredly answer all questions; if not directly (though for the most part, your answer probably is to be found on the page) but by equipping you with schematics that, once internalized, make for an engine of metaphysical logic so well-oiled that you may expect to be surprised by the way you come to see that the answer was right there all along.

WHY does Venus behave like it does when in Scorpio? Why EXACTLY does Mars rule the sign? What is 'Mercury Retrograde' anyway? What is the real meaning of the 12th House or Pisces or a rising sign, & WHY? The answer to such astrological questions will never be a ''just because'' or ''the ancients said so''. Dusty has taken it apart & has been asking difficult questions forever - his insights are here. Seeming dead ends are opened up by getting right above them, drone-style, & considering the bigger picture. Again, patterns, & symmetry. One way or another, everything will exist in accordance with this greater order, & you will come to see it in a way that others do not.

But most of us don't ask technical astrological questions on a regular basis. It's more like: Why is my sister so 'unlucky' in love all the time? Why won't my boss take my ideas into account?
'And you may find yourself in a beautiful house, with a beautiful wife, And you may ask yourself, "Well, how did I get here?"'

And you may find yourself with an understanding which will mean you're able to do something about it.

Educated guesses, much less known details, will afford you insights you could not have previously imagined. You'll know how people are going to 'play' any given situation; what they're going to say, & how (& why) they're going to say it. You can choose to observe & handle with care, or you can choose to exploit raw weaknesses so vulnerable that even your interlocutors didn't know they had them. You will know exactly what bones to throw, such that a situation or individual will follow your lead, despite themselves or the apparent odds. You will see the shape of things & be in a position to save yourself needless drama.

And you'll learn to watch yourself, & to test the nature of your characteristics - & to exploit this nature accordingly. Regardless of how well thou thinks thou knows thyself, a map of your own metaphysical DNA is about as clear a reference as you will ever need. And it doesn't come with anyone else's baggage & bias either.

If you get advanced, you may watch the skies, test the science, put your finger to wind & know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em.

In short, you'll be able to use your knowledge, all the time. Regardless of your ways & changing motives, this will always be, at the very least, continually illuminating.

Note: what is imperative to mention here is Dusty's pioneering concept of octaves, as relates to three consecutive divisions of energy which in turn establish further subdivisions & energetic relationships both straightforward & complex. Current students of astrology will undoubtedly find the octave principle & its rationale redefines their conceptualization of the whole field of study. No mean feat at all.
