The book takes us through the seven destinies of love, which are as follows;
Soul Love
Embodied Love
Connected Love
Ancestral Love
Spiritual Love
Awakening Love
Amaranthine Love
Each of these destinies gets a full chapter whereby the author explains what each one means along with a beautiful poem, side note - the poems are absolutely outstanding, they really make you feel!
The book is all about expanding the readers emotional intelligence, and connection to their own spiritual and human journey, there are many points throughout the book where the author is simply stating the obvious, but this is important because each and everyone of us needs to be reminded of the obvious from time to time! There are also plenty of parts that really make you think.
The book is very short at only 110 pages but it’s packed full of information, pure joy and beauty. The first part of the book focuses on exploring the seven destinies of love, while the second part of the book gives us a quiz and a journal where readers can write down and explore how the seven love destinies are playing out in their own lives.
Overall, this is a wonderfully unique, inspiring and powerful read and definitely one that I highly recommend picking up. I have a feeling that this is one book that I will be referring back to throughout my own journey on this earth.

This is an inspiring and thought-provoking read that can be read on repeat as there are many layers of wisdom to be found here. This book is beautifully poetic full of gems of information as well as compassion and love. It outlines the different aspects of love that can be explored and grown within, in a way that is unique to the readers own journey and belief system. It's well written and offers something for everyone with its heart-based approach. I enjoyed reading it but only wished there were more chapters to read.

This book is exactly what I needed. It has been a real eye opener for me, and helped me to understand more about myself and my life. I am sure it will be a book I continue to go back to at different points on my journey, as it provides so much meaning and great perspective.

The Seven Destinies of Love by Claudia De Llana is the book that teaches you about love like no other book has. Claudia is a marriage and family therapist who outlines this groundbreaking framework of love.
‘It will change our perspective on how we awaken and understand our hearts.’
In this book Claudia guides the reader through the stages of love - there are seven from birth to death. Each stage needs to be understood for spiritual awakening and to strengthen relationships with ourselves and others.
I was intrigued when I read the description for this book. My decision to read and review it was not difficult and now I get to share that enthusiasm with you.
This book has given me a lot to think about. It has opened my eyes - the activities to work through are simple but thought provoking.
The writing - despite its non-fiction/educational narrative it is quite poetic. The prose is written beautifully and evokes a certain calmness/peacefulness for this reader.
But what I appreciated the most about this book is that it explains love. What it is. What it means. How it’s meant to feel. It’s not just about the love we have for each other but the love we have for ourselves and the world around us and how the interconnectedness evolves and accelerates our spiritual well-being so we can love with all of our being.
Love, according to this book, is so much grander than what the fairy tales or the big ‘D’ presents love to be. And now that I’ve read this book, so much makes sense - more than it ever has.
I’m so grateful for the opportunity to read this book. I highly recommend it.
