This books is all about how race car drivers use math in their everyday life. It has graphs, word problem, and a Venn diagram. This book would be of high interest to boys since it talks about racing cars. I love how it has problems that the students can work out at the end of each section. This is a good real world example of how to use math. I could use this book during workshop and put all the kids in groups to work out the problems. They could partner read the book and work the problems.
