It’s a good read but a bit dated now. Power BI has been correctly identified as architecturally different to the rest of the power platform. Now that Microsoft Fabric has been announced and Power BI is firmly within that product family it’s clear why this was this was the case. Other elements such as Virtual Agents which is now Copilot Studio are things that need updating.

Take this book with a big grain of salt and ensure you’re supplementing the good strategies in this book with the Microsoft learn documentation on the product and other MVPs in this space.
