My ratings of books on Goodreads are solely a crude ranking of their utility to me, and not an evaluation of literary merit, entertainment value, social importance, humor, insightfulness, scientific accuracy, creative vigor, suspensefulness of plot, depth of characters, vitality of theme, excitement of climax, satisfaction of ending, or any other combination of dimensions of value which we are expected to boil down through some fabulous alchemy into a single digit.

Podem ler a minha opinião completa, em português, no blog Floresta de Livros.

Although this book wasn't exactly waht I was expecting (a way for writers to better communicate with artists and for artists to better interpret the author's ideas), this was an eductaional reading, with some great techiniques and many interesting articles.

This book is a collection of the 'How To Draw' feature that ran in Wizard magazine. These features have been collected and recollected many times, but this collection I've found to be the most substantial.
