Rate this book
Before you run out to the grocery store to make these recipes, grab your best comfy clothes and call up some friends and family to help you devour everything!
Every dish is seasoned with the spirit of a Southern grandma or auntie, so trust and believe you’ll want seconds, and thirds. There are recipes to suit all occasions. Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts or Roasted Red Snapper for date night, Jerk Oxtails & Grits for brunch, Peach Whiskey Glazed Ribs for the cookout, Red Wine Braised Pot Roast for Sunday dinner, a counter slapping’ Cajun Deep Fried Turkey for the holidays, and much more! This isn’t the typical cookbook where you try 1-5 recipes and let it collect dust. I can assure you’ll love the uniqueness and flair with all the modern twists on your favorite classic dishes. Enough small talk for come on in, roll up your sleeves, and let’s get cooking!

I’ve used his recipes for two seasons of thanksgiving and Christmas holiday meals and everything has gotten rave reviews from family and guests! This chef helps this non-cook to be great :-)
